Shipping Policy

Nuttb currently delivers orders across India.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Kerala: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer because of courier availability, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders of ₹499 or more.
• A shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the customer completes the order.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and PIN code. Nuttb will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, opened or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, eligible cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
